What does a notary public do?
A notary public serves as an impartial witness to the signing of important documents. The notary verifies the signer’s identity, ensures they are signing willingly, and confirms their awareness of the document’s contents. This process helps prevent fraud and protects all parties involved.

What if my document does not include notarial wording?
