📝 Power of Attorney (POA)– Legally appoint someone to make decisions or manage affairs on your behalf.

🧾 Bill of Sale / Vehicle Title Transfers– Validate the transfer of property or vehicle ownership.

💼 I-9 Employment Verification– Authorized representative service for completing employee eligibility verification forms.

Witness Services— Some documents require a witness instead of notarization. Our team of commissioned Maryland Notary Publics, can serve as an impartial witness to confirm your identity and observe your signature on important documents such as legal forms, contracts, or affidavits.

Please note: some documents may require an additional witness. An extra witness can be arranged for an additional fee.

Additional Signatures ($6/each)– Add extra signatures to your appointment at an affordable rate.

After-Hours Fee (+$15)– Flexible scheduling for appointments before 9 AM or after 5 PM.

Weekend Appointments (+$25) – Saturday and Sunday availability for your convenience.

Travel Fee ($15–$45) – Convenient mobile service to your location, with pricing based on distance.
